We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site or engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Master Little Rock Concrete provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, decorative concrete, and related services for residential and commercial customers in North Little Rock, AR and surrounding communities. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service availability.
All estimates provided - whether by phone, email, or in writing - are subject to on-site inspection and final written agreement. An estimate is not a binding quote until both parties have signed a written contract.
Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during work, changes in project scope, or other factors that were not apparent at the time of the estimate. Any changes in scope or cost will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds.
Scheduled start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes to your project schedule.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to costs already incurred. Any applicable cancellation terms will be specified in your written contract.
Payment terms will be specified in your written contract. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Acceptable payment methods will be communicated at the time of contracting.
Accounts that remain unpaid beyond the terms in the written agreement may be subject to late fees and collection efforts. Master Little Rock Concrete reserves the right to place a materialman's lien on the property in accordance with Arkansas state law if payment obligations are not met.
To allow us to complete your project safely and efficiently, you agree to:
Any warranty terms will be specified in your written contract. Concrete is a natural material that can crack, settle, or discolor over time due to environmental conditions, freeze-thaw cycles, ground movement, and use patterns. Minor cracking that does not affect structural integrity is a normal characteristic of concrete and is generally not covered under warranty.
This website and all information on it are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be available at all times or that it is free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Little Rock Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

In the event of a dispute arising from services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication. If that fails, the parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in AR.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of AR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in a court located in AR.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
